FREE Tool Kit for Adults with Type 1 Diabetes from JDRF

JDRF offers adults with type 1 diabetes a free tool kit that includes a 170 page guide to living with type 1 diabetes called Straight to the Point, a Hypo Information Pack with a free pack of Dextro tablets, and a selection of leaflets to help you through your diagnosis.

Please note: You cannot request both the adult and kids' packs unless you contact JDRF directly.

How to get your free pack:

3. Choose your kit and booklets/ leaflets.
4. Scroll down and enter your name, contact information and address.
5. Agree to the terms.
